Premier Guaranteed Rental
A hassle-free option if you want the peace of mind of a guaranteed fixed monthly income. If your tenants fail to pay, you’ll have the rent paid to you, with no void period or set up fees. We can even pay landlords guaranteed rent, 12 months in advance. We manage the property, deal with all communications and if the worst should ever happen, we will pay for and manage the eviction process and court costs.

Our most popular comprehensive lettings service, where we handle everything on your behalf. From rent collection to repairs, inventory to inspections, marketing to maintenance, we take full control and deal with issues, so you don’t have to!
Rent Collection Services
This is an enhanced tenant introduction service, with the additional benefit of you knowing that Bernards are taking care of collecting your monthly rent on your behalf. You’ll also enjoy a full photographic inventory and faster landlord payments every month.
Tenant Introduction
We will carefully select and reference a suitable tenant for you. We’ll arrange the tenancy agreement, check your tenant into the property and collect the deposit and first month’s rent on your behalf.
